Terms of Service — LandingProof

1. About LandingProof

LandingProof is an AI-powered tool that analyses the alignment between a paid advertisement and its destination landing page. The service is operated by SummitHQ Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales.

By accessing or using LandingProof, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

LandingProof provides a one-time analysis report ("Report") assessing the message match between your ad creative and landing page. The free tier provides a summary score; the paid Report provides full details including dimension breakdowns, issue flags, and copy recommendations.

Reports are generated using large language models and automated page scraping. Results are indicative and based on the content available at the time of analysis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or improvements to your advertising performance.

3. Payment Terms

Access to the full paid Report requires a one-time payment of £19 (inclusive of applicable taxes). Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

      No-refund policy: Because the Report is a digital good delivered immediately upon payment, it is exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. By completing payment you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and waive your right to cancel. All sales are final.
    

If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your Report, contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate and re-run your analysis at no charge.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use LandingProof for lawful purposes only. You must not:

Submit URLs that contain illegal, harmful, or abusive content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service's outputs at scale
Use automated bots or scripts to submit analyses in bulk without prior written consent
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Reports without our written permission
Use the service in any way that could damage, overload, or impair our infrastructure

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel analyses at our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect misuse.

5. Intellectual Property

The Report generated for your specific ad and landing page is yours to use for your own business purposes. You may not resell it or pass it off as an original work created by you.

By submitting URLs for analysis, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a limited licence to fetch and process that content solely to generate your Report.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SummitHQ Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of LandingProof — including but not limited to loss of revenue, lost profits, or advertising spend.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Report.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.

7. Disclaimers

LandingProof is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Reports will be accurate in all cases. AI-generated analysis may occasionally misinterpret page content — treat outputs as a tool to guide decisions, not as definitive advice.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the website. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
